1. The service

Taken is a web application that generates character descriptions, image prompts and video prompts, together with written lessons. Taken does not generate images or videos itself. Rendering happens in third-party tools (for example Higgsfield) under their own terms and pricing.

2. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Manage billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Right of withdrawal

Access to the service begins immediately after payment. By starting the subscription you ask us to begin the service at once and acknowledge that [describe the applicable consumer withdrawal rule for your jurisdiction, e.g. the 14-day EU withdrawal right and how it is affected by immediate delivery].

4. Acceptable use

You may only use reference clips, photos and likenesses you have the right to use. You may not use the service to impersonate real people without consent, to create deceptive, defamatory or sexual content involving real persons, or to break the terms of the platforms you post to.

Taken provides tools and education. Results, views and earnings depend on you and on third-party tools we do not control.
